Please train your F&I Man- agers to accurately represent the doc- umentary fee. By West Virginia Code, the documentary fee is generally only for the preparation of titling and regis- tration documents by the dealer. I en- courage you to go to the Association’s website since the pamphlet clearly Consider making sure the vehicle will pass a West Virginia safety inspection , and also disclose any mechanical or operational defect that you would reasonably be able to determine about the motor vehicle.
