We can say with absolute certainty that 2020 has been like no other year in any of our lifetimes. As COVID-19 hit the U.S., many car dealers were forced to shut down or offer limited hours of service to customers due to government mandates.

By now, the word “unprecedented” is probably the most-used word in the English language, but it’s certainly an appropriate choice. Nobody expected this year’s events. We are currently moving toward a post-pandemic normal as we navigate the tidal wave of COVID-19 impact on our families, our businesses and our communities.
