NADA’s political action committee, NADA PAC, is a critical part of NADA’s advocacy on Capitol Hill. NADA PAC receives voluntary, personal contributions from dealers and managers of NADA-member dealerships and contributes to pro-business candidates for the U.S. House and Senate.

NADA PAC is one of the largest business trade association PACs in the country and is the only PAC representing the interests of all franchised dealers of new cars and trucks. In 2022, 27 dealers and managers from West Virginia contributed a total of $61,500 to NADA PAC; a list of these contributors is below.

All decisions regarding contributions to West Virginia candidates are made by West Virginia’s NADA PAC state team, which, in addition to me, consists of NADA Director Richard Stephens, WVADA Chairman JR Toothman, and WVADA President Jared Wyrick.

In the 2022 election cycle, NADA PAC provided maximum support to the re-election campaigns of Reps. Alex Mooney and Carol Miller.
